Uniting our experiences obtained in different branches of industry, such as metallurgy, energy, pharmaceutical, and construction; We make up an interdisciplinary team capable of projecting innovative and economically sustainable solutions to the different and changing needs of our clients.
Preliminary Project
Any initiative must begin with the study of the feasibility and the cost-benefit ratio.
That is why for any investment that contains some facet of an electrical nature ─generation, distribution, process control, buildings─ we take care of the basic engineering, including:
• Estimation of electrical charges.
• Study of the maximum simultaneous demand.
• Pre-sizing of the supply and its protections.
• Power single-line diagrams.
• Diagrams of wiring and conduit layouts.
• Projections of maintenance cost and energy billing amounts.
Data which is essential when making any decision.
Detail Project
Carrying out an electrical and/or industrial automation work in an orderly, efficient and safe way is impossible without prior preparation of a project that includes all its details and the interaction between them.
Our commitment is to design all the component elements of an installation in the most optimal way possible, contemplating:
• Power, command and signals multi-line drawings.
• Cabling and conduit calculations.
• Selection, coordination and adjustment of electrical protections.
• Selection, sizing and connection of sensors and actuators.
• Design of safety systems and emergency stops.
• Design of board panels and enclosures for control and power distribution.
With a voltage level range of up to 132 kV.
Documentation
With thousands of flight hours in the use of CAD tools, we are happy to say that we are capable of preparing all the documentation of an engineering project according to international standards such as IEC and NFPA. In each case supplying:
• Power, command and signals multi-line drawings.
• Signal lists.
• Terminal lists.
• Wire and cable labeling books.
• Physical drawings of board panels and junction boxes.
• Plant distribution plans and details of field assemblies.
• Bill of materials and quotes.
All this in digital and printed format for better traceability and maintenance.
